Dr. Radetzky has been in practice for 32 years in the Washington Heights, Hamilton Heights and Harlem communities. He studied Electrical Engineering at the University of California Irvine and at San Diego State University. He graduated from the University of Califor­nia Berkeley with a doctorate in Optometry. He served as the Director of Admissions and Professor at the ln­teramerican School of Optometry in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Dr. Radetzky also concurrently practiced in the largest contact lens related office in the Caribbean.

Dr. Radetzky was a founding Director of “Light for the Eyes”, a charitable organization the provided eye care and eyeglasses to the underserved in the Dominican Re­public and other Central American countries. He is bi­lingual in Spanish and speaks French.
